Our company has grown throughout the years to a well-respected partner for shipping companies, brokers, traders and charterers. Our main services are available in the Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Antwerp (ARA) area. Furthermore we covers the whole NORTHSEA coast line from Le Havre to Hamburg. But our company knows how to find its way to every port in Europe and the rest of the world. A motivated team of IFIA approved surveyors are available 24/7 to protect our clients interests.

Flexibility and Transparency are the keywords of Don Meijers Harbour Services , we charge lump sum fees and do not surprise our customers with unpleasant additional costs. Reports will be send at short notice and also intermediate reporting of the survey status is a possibility.

More than 10 years of experience makes DMHS a well-known trustworthy inspection company in the Bunker industry. We cover Bunker Quantity Surveys in all ports stated at the NORTHSEA coast line from Le Havre to Hamburg and whole Europe. All inspectors are well trained and have a marine background, they are very motivated and follow the IFIA guidelines to meet our clients expectations. Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Antwerp (ARA) are our main ports. Our inspectors are able to board any vessel or terminal in less than one hour. In cooperation with a global recognized laboratory, Don Marine Harbour Services is able to provide all ISO marine fuels.

 Our IFIA approved inspectors protects our clients values at the terminal by loading or discharging the vessels and barges, we monitor the complete operation from beginning till the end to ensure all required procedures have been followed. Our own certified and calibrated sounding tapes and temperature devices will be used to guarantee the most reliable outcome. Our inspectors take part in a continuous trading schedule, learning the vessel/barges inside out by visiting shipyards and inspecting new build ships. We act if the cargo is “ours”. That is the way we do it.

As an independent surveyor, DMHS acts as a trustworthy inspector to provide full detailed condition report on behalf of vessel owner and/or charterer. To reflect the status of the vessel condition, DMHS prepare a well detailed report completed with pictures of all critical points. This report will be used when the vessel goes On Hire. The Off Hire condition report shows all extended damages at the vessel, other than fair wear and tear of the vessel during the charter period. At request the Bunkers onboard the vessel can be included in the report.
